The Oplos AI Roadmap

Busy owners and operations leaders I meet don’t have the time to sit down and figure out how to get their team using AI. The Oplos AI Roadmap is how I guide teams to turn their scattered AI use into shared workflows the whole team runs the same way, under the same rules.

How your team moves from scattered experiments to shared, confident use

  1. Where most teams start

    Scattered AI use

  2. AI Opportunity Assessment

    1. 01 Assess AI opportunities are identified
  3. The Oplos AI Roadmap

    1. 02 Align Leadership sets the vision and the rules
    2. 03 Equip Every team is trained on its own work
    3. 04 Explore Redesign the work together
  4. Where your team arrives

Everyone uses AI confidently, inside the same rules

AI Opportunity Assessment

01 Assess

AI opportunities are identified

During this three-week AI Opportunity Assessment, I talk with your team about their daily work, review how work moves between people, and diagnose where AI can help first. Every recommendation that follows has a foundation in real data, so the work covers what your team needs versus generic content and methods.

For a first look at a single task, try the time-back estimator.

What you walk away with

  • Data on how your team feels about AI today, and how people are already using it
  • A clear picture of where your team’s time goes and how work moves between people
  • The first places where AI can help, drawn from your own work
  • A recommended roadmap and timeline for helping your team reclaim their time with AI

The Oplos AI Roadmap

Align, Equip and Explore

After the assessment, I propose the next phase as a few options with a clear recommendation, sized to what’s at stake for your team.

02 Align

Leadership sets the vision and the rules

Your leadership team agrees on what AI should do for the business and who owns it inside the team.

We set clear rules for sensitive information before anything goes live. Those rules go into a plain-language policy and into the tools themselves, so people can move quickly without guessing where the line is.

What you walk away with

  • Agreed goals and a named AI owner
  • Rules for sensitive information built into the tools you use
  • A plain-language AI policy for your team

03 Equip

Every team is trained on its own work

I run sessions with each team, based on the recurring work that fills their day, so people feel confident and capable using AI every week.

Over three to five sessions, using AI becomes part of how they work. Between sessions, your team can reach me with questions, so no one has to work it out alone.

What you walk away with

  • Every team using AI on its own recurring work
  • People who can apply AI to new tasks as they come up
  • Answers between sessions when someone gets stuck

04 Explore

Redesign the work together

Some of the most valuable work goes beyond everyday use of a tool. The workflows that take the most time, or where good work gets stuck, usually need to be set up, tested and adjusted before anyone relies on them.

I work with small groups from your team to try a few approaches in the tools you already have. Each group chooses the one that works best, and they own the setup from there.

What you walk away with

  • Your most time-consuming workflows, tested and reworked
  • A simple way to test the next use on your own
  • A setup your team owns and can change without me

Who I work with

I work with owners and operations leaders whose work has outgrown the few people carrying it. Most of my clients are engineering and architecture firms, commercial real estate firms and manufacturers. What they share is not the industry. It is recurring, tedious work that is not the best use of their team’s time and talent.

How quickly will we see results?

Most teams are using AI on real work within the first two or three sessions, and recurring tasks start taking less of the day. The bigger workflow changes take longer, and your team works through those over the following weeks with me as a guide.

The support can continue

Many of my clients want support for several months after the first engagement as AI tools change and new uses come up. I offer a retainer shaped to what your team takes on next: typically a quarterly session for the team, coaching for the person who leads AI day to day, and sessions for a specific team when it wants to take on something new.

Ready to reclaim your team’s time?

Start with a 30-minute conversation about your team, where their time goes today, and whether I’m the right fit to help. If I’m not, I’ll point you to the kind of help that fits better.
