Every engagement is tailored to where you are right now.

The AI Readiness Blueprint is a free resource that helps you gauge where your organization stands today across a few key areas, including leadership alignment, governance, and your team’s skills. It’s a snapshot that helps us figure out the best starting point for your business, but also gives you tailored recommendations right away.

Most organizations start with the AI Readiness Roadmap, a three-phase engagement that aligns your leaders, explores AI uses, and equips your team to use AI confidently. For some organizations this can be done over 6 weeks, and others over 6 months. We will tailor our work together to fit where you are and where you want to go.

You walk away with a clear roadmap for what’s next, including prioritized recommendations, the tools and workflows your team have already started using, and a plan for what to tackle next when you’re ready. Our goal is to make sure you don’t need us to keep going. If you do want continued support down the road, we’re here, but you won’t be dependent on us.

Not at all. Most of our clients don’t have a dedicated IT or data science team. Our work is designed for business leaders, not engineers. We focus on practical tools and approaches your team can use, without needing to hire specialists or build custom software.

The first step is to schedule a free call. We’ll talk about where you are today, what you want to get out of AI, and whether Oplos is a good fit to help you get there. If we decide we are a good fit, Oplos will provide a proposal for our services. Once we discuss the proposal and clarify any questions, we complete a Statement of Work and start the engagement.
