Schedule a 30-minute call where we can talk about what you would like for AI to do for your team, and whether I might be a fit to help with that. Most teams start with the AI Opportunity Assessment. During the call if I think there is a different path to what you are trying to do, I’ll be upfront about that.

The Blueprint is a free, two-minute self-assessment to see how ready your organization is to use AI safely. The AI Opportunity Assessment is different: it is the first step of the Oplos AI Roadmap, three weeks inside your organization where I talk with your people, look at how the work actually moves, and recommend what to do first.

The Roadmap has four steps. Most teams are using AI on real work within the first two or three sessions.

• Assess: over three weeks I learn how your team works, where the time goes, and where AI can help first.
• Align: your leadership agrees on goals, names an owner, and sets rules for sensitive information in a plain-language AI policy.
• Equip: I coach each team on its own recurring work until using AI every week is normal.
• Explore: in small groups, we take on the workflows that take the most time, test a few approaches in the tools you already have, and the group owns the setup.

Most teams are using AI on real work within the first two or three sessions, and recurring tasks start taking less of the day. The bigger workflow changes take longer, and your team works through those over the following weeks with me as a guide.

A training day teaches the tool, and it is a good way to start. What it usually leaves behind is a few enthusiasts and everyone else working out on their own how AI applies to their work. I coach each team on its own files and processes over several sessions, and your team can reach me in between.

Not as a developer. I help your team rework its own workflows in the tools you already have, so your people can run them and change them without me. If you need a custom application built and maintained, a developer is the better fit, and I will tell you so.

The tools your team already has. The approach doesn’t depend on any one platform. That said, most of my clients are using Claude, Copilot, or ChatGPT.

That’s where we start. Before anything goes live, we agree on what information can go where, put it in a plain-language policy, and build those rules into the tools themselves, so people can move quickly without guessing where the line is.

Most teams want a guide for several months as the tools change and new uses come up, so I offer a retainer shaped to what your team takes on next. Either way, your team owns what we set up, so nothing depends on me to keep running.

Owners and operations leaders whose teams have recurring work, where people are already experimenting with AI on their own, and who want everyone using it on the work that fills their day, with clear rules for sensitive information. Most of my clients are engineering and architecture firms, commercial real estate firms and manufacturers. I am based in Birmingham, Alabama, and work with teams across the Southeast. If your team has the time to figure out how general tool training applies to their work, that is a good place to start. If you need AI for one specialized function, a specialist vendor will serve you better.

Not at all. Most of my clients do not have a dedicated IT or data team. The work is designed for business leaders, not engineers. We focus on practical tools and approaches your team can use, without hiring specialists or building custom software.

Both are reasonable, and for some firms another hire is the right answer. Both also take time your team doesn’t have before any comes back: months of recruiting and onboarding, or working out on your own how AI fits after a training day. I guide your team through that part, so the time comes back sooner and without adding headcount.

I learn your business and your team, understand how work actually happens, and tailor everything we do to that information.
