Then we explore together over weekly sessions to test AI tools and approaches against your real work. Not demos. Not hypotheticals. Your actual workflows, your actual files, your actual problems.

Phase 3: Equip
Get your whole team on the same level
The exploration phase works with a small group. This phase is for everyone else.
We run a series of AI learning sessions that take your team from "I've heard of ChatGPT" to "I know how to use this and I'm not afraid to try." We cover the basics, then move into prompting, custom instructions, and light automation.
The goal isn't to make everyone an expert. It's to get everyone to Level 1: confident, capable, and curious enough to keep going.
